👥 Better Together: Introducing Group ProjectsLet’s be honest: group projects can be a headache. Whether it's a forgotten task or a "who was doing what?" moment, things get messy quickly. We’ve built the new Group Projects hub to change that. Now, you can manage your team assignments in one centralized spot, making collaboration feel like a breeze rather than a chore.

Shareable Tasks: Easily assign tasks to teammates so everyone knows their responsibilities.

Mobile Navigation: No more digging through menus. We’ve added a dedicated bottom navbar for mobile users, making it much faster to jump between views on the go.

Secured by Clerk: We’ve migrated our authentication to Clerk. For you, this means a much smoother, faster, and more reliable login experience every time.

New User Cards: We’ve updated the UI with sleek new user cards and a refreshed Auth interface that perfectly matches our branding.

New Boards View on Homework Hero
Your tasks now organized the way your brain works.
Boards View is a new way to see all your assignments — laid out by class, side by side, like a Trello board. Each subject gets its own column, and every task lives right under it. Same tasks you already track, just a much cleaner way to see the full picture at once.
What's new:
- 📋 Default "By Class" board — auto-organized the moment you open it, no setup needed
- ➕ Custom boards — build a focused view for specific projects or just a few classes
- ✅ Completed tasks tuck away at the bottom of each column so your board stays clean
- ⚡ Quick-add cards directly from any column, with the class already filled in
- 🖱️ Drag tasks between classes on desktop to reassign them instantly
